Q: Do I have to be home to recieve my order?

A: You do need to be home to receive your order, if you want it delivered directly to your door.  If you miss the delivery driver, it may be picked up at your local Greyhound or UPS depot if they are unsuccessful in their delivery attempt. UPS or Greyhound will leave a sticker on your door if unsuccessful, and subsequent delivery arrangements may be made at your expense. We will notify you by e-mail as to the carrier (chosen by destination) and the tracking number for order.

Q: Do you deliver to apartments condos and offices?

A: Yes, we do deliver to apartments, condos, and offices. An agent will contact you if there are any additional costs to this job based on your exact location, although in most cases there is not.

Q: How do I place an order?

To Place an order is as simple as 1, 2, 3. Once you have selected the product you want just click the order now button beside the product and select quantity. It will be added to the cart. Once you have completed your order you can select the check out button and select your choice of payment and follow the instructions. Payment may be made via Visa or Mastercard through Paypal, or from Paypal account. A Paypal account is not required to pay via Visa or Mastercard.

Q: How long will it take to recieve my order?

A: All orders placed before 12 noon on the date of order will generally be received the next business day in Calgary, and within 1 to 3 days outside of Calgary depending on destination address. For orders placed after 12 noon, please allow 2 to 4 days for shipping to destination. You will be notified by e-mail as to the carrier (chosen by destination) used for your delivery and the tracking number for your order, which will allow you to track where your order is and when it will be delivered on either the UPS website or by calling your local Greyhound depot.

Q: What is your minimum order?

A: The minimum order on this site is $150.00, not including the cost of delivery. We offer a flat rate of $29.95 for delivery (up to 250 lbs), to most towns and cities in 4 provinces (BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, & Manitoba). There may be a delivery surcharge levied for extreme remote areas.

Q: What if we live on the outskirts or surrounding area of Calgary city limits?
A: We offer delivery to all towns & cities in BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba as well as Ontario. Please use our online form to request a free shipping quote if you live in a remote area, or are ordering oversize items (see exceptions list on website).
